Asher spent his fourth birthday with great friends from both El Paso and Ciudad Juarez.
He developed a certain affinity for the Disney movie"Frozen," this year, and his favorite characters:
Olaf (the snowman) and the Ice Monster made it to his cakes (really just big sugar cookies).
Shauna decorated the cakes and we had his birthday at Funtastic Punch, a great children's playhouse/museum where kids are able to run around and explore.
Asher usually isn't shy about being the center of attention - when all of his friends and his family started singing "Happy Birthday" to him, he got a sly little grin. You could tell that he was really enjoying his day.

Favorite toy: Trains and anything related to the Polar Express, his work bench from Grandpa, and legos.
Favorite Game: Candyland and Zingo
Favorite color: Red
Favorite book: David Shannon's "David Gets in Trouble" :)
Favorite TV show/movie: Team Umi Zoomie is definitely his top favorite show. He also likes Wally Kazam. As for movies, the Polar Express became his favorite around Christmas time (along with the Grinch) of last year and then it stuck until this summer when Frozen came along :) He's also been liking Hotel Transylvania
Favorite foods: Honestly, this kid will eat anything! The only food he doesn't like are brussel sprouts. He loves peanut butter and honey sandwiches and anything sweet!
Favorite things to do: Play with play-doh, gak, jump on couches, ride his balance bike, sing songs with mom, play with friends, wrestle with Dad, go camping!, jumping in muddy puddles
Favorite song: All My Lovin' by the Beatles, Marry Her Anyway, Sweet Baby James by James Taylor, I Gotta Name
Favorite thing to wear: Basketball shorts so he has enough room to put his blankie up the legs, or down the back...His blankie turns into his puppy... don't ask :)
Favorite people (other than his parents, of course): Aunt Shannon, Kingston, Eli, Grammy Trish, Grandpa Brent, Andelyne, Seth
